PRODUCT INFORMATION
DCHZ-208 - Aluminum Alloy Acid Sanding Agent is a specialized powder treatment for aluminum surfaces. Applied at room temperature, it delivers a consistent matte effect within 1 – 5 minutes, effectively eliminating surface imperfections while enhancing corrosion resistance and ensuring superior adhesion for subsequent finishing processes. It can also remove scratches and roller marks on the workpiece surface.
Safety Instructions
- Wear rubber gloves, safety goggles, and a mask when using the product.
- In case of contact with skin, eyes, or mouth, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice.
- Do not ingest.
- Keep out of reach of children.
Instructions for Use
1. Prepare the Solution
- Measure 85g of DCHZ-208 powder.
- Dissolve in 1 liter of clean water and stir until fully dissolved.
2. Aluminum Treatment
- Directly immerse the aluminum workpiece into the prepared solution.
- Soaking time: 1 – 5 minutes, depending on the desired matte effect.
3. Finishing
- Remove the aluminum from the solution.
- Immediately rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any remaining chemicals.
- Allow to air dry or use compressed air for drying.
